Yes. Create a free account at feeldialed.com and you're in, with 50 points added immediately. There are no fees, no tiers to buy into and nothing to activate.

Silver members earn 1 point per $1 of the product subtotal after any discount (shipping isn't counted). Gold members earn 2 points per $1 and Diamond members earn 5. Points are credited the moment your order is paid, at the tier you held before that order.

Tiers are based on your lifetime spend on feeldialed.com: Gold at $300 and Diamond at $1,000. Lifetime spend is the sum of your paid orders' subtotals after discounts. Once you reach a tier you keep it.

Go to My Account → Rewards and pick a reward. We generate a single-use discount code tied to your account. Apply it in the discount field at checkout (or tap "Apply at checkout" on the rewards page) while signed in. Codes expire 90 days after you create them.

One code per order. A reward code can't be stacked with HEROES15, a welcome code or any other promotion, but percent-off reward codes still combine with free shipping on orders over $75.00.

If an order is refunded, the points it earned are removed from your balance. If you already spent them, your balance can go negative until you earn again.

No. Guest orders bank points at the Silver rate. Create an account with the same email and we'll credit them automatically.

No. Dialed Rewards is for direct-to-consumer orders on feeldialed.com only. Wholesale and distributor accounts, sample orders and in-store purchases don't earn points.

Points don't expire while your account is active. Reward codes you generate expire 90 days after creation, so cash in when you're ready to order.

Program rules

Dialed Rewards is available to direct-to-consumer (retail) customers of feeldialed.com only. Wholesale and distributor accounts, wholesale-channel orders, free sample orders and purchases through retail partners do not earn points.
Points are earned on the product subtotal after discounts; shipping and taxes are excluded. Points are credited when an order is paid and removed if the order is refunded or cancelled.
Tiers are determined by lifetime spend (subtotal after discounts) on paid orders. Order points are earned at the tier you held before the order was placed.
Reward codes are single-use, tied to the account that created them, valid for 90 days and limited to one code per order. They cannot be combined with other discount codes. Percent-off codes require a $15.00 subtotal.
Points and reward codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred and are not redeemable for cash. Points redeemed for a code are not returned if the code expires unused.
Points do not expire while your account remains active. Accounts closed by the customer or for abuse forfeit their balance.
Dialed may modify, suspend or end the program, adjust earn rates, tiers or redemption values, or correct balances issued in error at any time. Reasonable notice will be given for material changes.
