01Our commitment
ie Brands, LLC, doing business as Dialed, wants every adult to be able to read about our kratom extract tablets, review our lab results, and place an order without barriers. We are committed to making feeldialed.com accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
We treat accessibility as part of quality, alongside the lab testing and compliance work we do for the product itself.
02Conformance target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines requirements for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. We consider the site partially conformant: most content meets the standard, and we are actively working through the items listed under known limitations. We also aim to satisfy the accessibility provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act as applied to online retail.
03Measures we take
- Semantic structure. Pages use a single H1, logical heading order, landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), lists, and tables with header cells, so assistive technology can navigate by structure.
- Keyboard access. Every link, button, form control, the cart drawer, the age gate, and the mobile menu can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Color and contrast. Body text on our dark theme is set to meet or exceed a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and our lime accent is used on large text and interactive elements at ratios that pass AA. Color is never the only means of conveying information (for example, flavors are named, not only colored).
- Text and zoom. Layouts use relative units and reflow to a single column on small screens, so the site remains usable at 200% zoom and at 320px width without horizontal scrolling.
- Forms. Every input has a programmatic label, required fields are indicated, and errors are announced in text next to the field, not only by color.
- Images and icons. Meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative icons and product renderings are hidden from assistive technology.
- Motion. Entrance animations and the marquee respect the operating-system “reduce motion” preference.
- Documents. Certificates of Analysis are provided as PDFs from our laboratory; key results are also summarized in HTML text on the COAs page so they can be read without opening the PDF.
- Touch targets. Buttons and links on mobile are sized to at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Testing. We check new pages with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows) before release.
04Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following and are working on them:
- Laboratory COA PDFs are produced by third-party labs and may not be tagged for screen readers. Email us and we will provide the results in an accessible format.
- The Authorize.net payment form is provided by our payment processor. We have selected the accessible hosted form and test it regularly, but its code is outside our control. If you have trouble, we can take an order by phone or email.
- Some embedded third-party content (for example, social media posts on the blog) may not meet our standard.
If you encounter any other barrier, please tell us; it will be treated as a priority defect.
05Compatibility
feeldialed.com is designed to work with the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on desktop and mobile, and with screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. The site does not require JavaScript to read policy and product information, though JavaScript is needed to use the cart and checkout. Browsers more than two major versions old may not display the site as intended.
